Playing Up is a holiday programme focusing on performance art. A performance is action art. You can also say: It is a performance by individual artists or a group of artists. Something is presented. On a stage, in a museum or outdoors. Performances take places in many different locations. A performance is about a relationship between space, time, the artist and the audience.
