In the workshop we will work on cabbage and knowledge. Preserving, transforming, and creative preparation processes take centre stage. Old knowledge can pave the way for new change. But it can also stand in the way. What is worth passing on? And what should we ultimately compost?
In between lactic acid and ways of thinking, we will create space for crafts, exchange, old and new perspectives. You can create your own ferments, sculptures, and worm vases. [Cabbage can be preserved for a long time with the help of ferments.] Please feel free to bring your own cabbages and clay pots!
For people of all ages. Children under 12 years should be accompanied by an adult.
